Venue Films is the wedding film studio of Jan Erceg. This website is operated by MUKTE, obrt za promidžbu i propagandu, vl. Jan Erceg, Gudci-Jankofka 159, Gudci, Croatia — OIB 19329582054, matični broj obrta 98607715 — the controller of any personal data you share here.

The enquiry form asks for your and your partner's names, your email address and phone number, your wedding date or dates, your location and venues, how you found us, and whatever you choose to tell us about your plans.

That is everything. Nothing is collected in the background while you browse — no analytics, no tracking pixels, no fingerprinting.

Your details are used for one thing: reading your enquiry and replying to it. In the language of the GDPR, this is processing necessary in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).

Your enquiry travels to our mailbox through Resend, an email delivery service, and lands at hello@venuefilms.eu, a mailbox hosted by Zoho. The site itself is hosted by Vercel, whose servers keep the standard technical logs — including IP addresses — needed to run and protect the service.

These providers process data only on our instructions. Where a provider handles data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by EU-approved safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as they are needed — to answer you, and to plan and deliver your film if you book us — and deleted after that.

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or third-party trackers, which is why there is no cookie banner to click away. The films and fonts are served by this site itself, not embedded from outside platforms.

You may ask at any time to see the information you have sent us, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable form. Write to hello@venuefilms.eu and it will be done.

If you believe your data has been mishandled, you also have the right to complain to a data protection authority — in Croatia, the Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP, www.azop.hr).

If what this site does with data ever changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves.
